You clean windows and facades, partly at height. You usually work during the day in a regular team.
Cleaner
You keep offices, schools or homes clean. You work early, in the evening or during the day.
Logistics worker
You pick orders, load and unload, and keep the warehouse tidy. You often work an early or late shift.
Mover
You pack, carry and set everything up again at the new address. You start early and work in a team.
Construction and demolition labourer
You help skilled workers on the building site or with demolition work. You work outside in a team, usually from 07:00.

Applying costs nothing
We never ask for money for work, work clothes or protective equipment.
The same pay as permanent colleagues
By law you get the same pay as permanent colleagues who do the same work. This applies from your first working day.
Your hourly wage is in every job
Every job shows the gross hourly wage. Gross is your pay before tax and contributions are taken off.
One regular contact person
Our team calls you and stays your point of contact. If you have a question about your work, just call or send a message.
These are your rights as a temporary worker
As a temporary worker, you work through Groos at another company. These rules then apply.
- You sign an agency work contract with Groos for work at a company
- You get the same pay as permanent colleagues who do the same work
- You get 8 percent holiday pay on top of your gross pay
- You get the protective equipment you need, such as a helmet or gloves, for free
- You never pay money to get work
- You only show your ID and citizen service number (BSN) when you start, never online
- If you are ill, you report it to Groos and to the company

Questions we often get
Does it cost anything to apply with you?
No, applying and registering are always free. By law, an employment agency may not ask you for money for work.
Can I apply without a CV?
Yes, you do not need a CV. Your name, your phone number and your home town are enough.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
That depends on the work, and it is in every job advert. You always need to understand the instructions for working safely.
What kind of contract do I get?
You get an agency work contract with Groos. Groos is then your employer and pays your wage, even though you work at another company.
Do I get holiday pay and days off?
Yes, you get 8 percent holiday pay on your gross pay. You also build up paid days off while you work.
Which documents do I need to start?
When you start, you bring a valid ID, your citizen service number (BSN) and your bank account number. You must also be allowed to work in the Netherlands.
What happens when my work stops?
Then we look for new work together with you. Our team calls you to hear what you want and when you can work.
