Personal protective equipment
Always requiredS3 work shoes, helmet, high visibility vest and hearing and dust protection are always free for the worker.

Planning around season, weather and project length
More demand outside winter

Certainty about pay and safety

Questions about labourers on your building site
Do your labourers have a VCA certificate?
We discuss that per candidate. If your project requires VCA Basis, you hear before the start whether the candidate holds a valid certificate.
Are your people allowed to work with asbestos?
No, never. If our labourers see material that looks like asbestos, they stop and report it to your site manager.
Who provides the protective equipment?
We agree that with you in advance. Whether Groos or you provide it, it is always free of charge for the worker.
Can they stay on the same project for weeks?
Yes, you decide how long the assignment lasts, from a few days to the whole shell construction. Someone who stays longer knows your site and your site manager.
What does a labourer through Groos cost?
The rate depends on the role, the hours, the start time and the length of the project. After your request, you receive a proposal with an hourly rate.
What pay does the worker receive?
The worker receives equivalent pay, so at least what your permanent staff in the same role receive. A newcomer to construction earns less than an experienced demolition worker.
Do you need labourers for your next project?
Tell us how many people you need and from when. We will contact you to go through the certificates and the start time.
